a)      the measurement of an electrical resistance according to ČSN 34 7010-82 3.1.1
b)      the measurement of an electric strength according to ČSN 34 7010-82 3.2.1
-    HV testing station up to 3,5 kV of alternating-current voltage (up to 10 kV of direct current voltage)
-    voltage supply up to 3,5 kV of alternating-current voltage
c)      the measurement of an insulation resistance according to ČSN 34 7010-82 3.3.2
d)     the measurement of transmission parameters (Z, L, C)
